She leads all logistical, technical and production aspects of the shows executed through Rapid Waters. Suparna has worked with several leading Agencies in the Industry. She has been featured as a ‘Young Achiever’ by The Statesman Print tabloid and in a documentary by the National Television channel on “Women in Extraordinary Careers”.

She constantly motivates her team, synergizing their creative energies to create the extraordinary! 18 years of being in the industry has given Namrata an eye for creative excellence and quality. During her TV career, Namrata produced several Bollywood Shows and International Reality Show formats. She also spearheaded two of India’s biggest musicals Zangoora & Jhumroo.
